Formalis is founded by Tamer Gülce and Kamil Tuğcu in 2006. We are experienced in process management, customer relations and customer service management. We develop, operate, and support software products in a cloud-based, multi-tenant architecture, licensed in SaaS.
We have three offices worldwide. Our R&D center is in İstanbul and we have offices in Palo Alto, US and in London, UK for marketing, sales and support operations. Our SaaS platform is one of the biggest in Turkey and has being used by the institutions across different industries including banking, insurance, airlines, automotive, e-commerce, retail, equipments and many others.
We are a young and dynamic team that creates leading solutions with vertical expertise. We carry out our work in a planned and systematic manner by using agile software development methodologies. In our R&D center, we are continuously developing innovative and competitive products.
In 2013, 2015 and 2017, Formalis was chosen by Deloitte as one of the fastest growing technology companies in Turkey. In an evaluation from the same institution in 2015 and 2017, our achievement has moved globally by entering among the top 500 fast growing technology companies in the EMEA region.
Formalis develops software products by using iterative and incremental software development methodologies. Each iteration covers main software development stages and is aimed to gain the software product a series of new features and behaviors.
Formalis applies practices such as case driven requirement gathering, user interaction diagrams, object oriented design, solution design workshops in order to develop products that meet the requirements of our customers with high quality and in a timely manner.

Our R&D Team is working on new technologies and approaches to improve the productivity and the performance. We have joint work programmes with academic institutions and universities. We have developed AI enabled learning engine. It is able to classify/categorize the customer problems with high accuracy and initiate a workflow automatically.
