EP4Biz can automatically generate the training planning requirements by taking into account the personnel's jobs and qualifications. The requirements can be updated in accordance with the changes in personnel duties, training update requirements, and personnel qualifications.

The requirements are presented in terms of job / training or qualifications / training matrices. By clicking on the "requirements", training planning step can be viewed. The training programs can be defined by selecting the resources such as trainer, training location, etc. During common resource sharing, EP4Biz generates relevant warnings by checking time conflicts.
